Our story
Jasper Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd started as a walk-in agency in Banting, Selangor, in 2009 — back when booking a flight meant sitting across a desk from someone who knew the routes, the airlines, and the fine print.
That part hasn’t changed. What has changed is how you reach us: instead of driving to the office, most customers now send their travel dates over WhatsApp and get a real quote back from the same kind of consultant who used to sit across that desk.
We built TiketFlight.com so that the convenience of booking online doesn’t come at the cost of having an actual person — and an actual licence — behind the booking.
